It is literally the fastest way to build muscle without breaking down your body -- no tearing up your muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, etc., which means no inflammation in your body after BFR training. This inevitably leads to a decreased risk of injury while also optimizing your performance during your exercise and athletic endeavors... What more could you ask for?!"
